HUBER Tipping Trough KT

Design and Function

The HUBER KT tipping trough uses a level sensor to detect incoming screenings and start the distribution process.
The automated rotation of the trough allows the screenings to be discharged in one or both directions. This increases the bulk density of the screenings in the container, making them more compact so that the container’s capacity is used more efficiently. Manual distribution of screenings in the container by operating personnel is therefore unnecessary.
Versatile and adaptable
Thanks to its variable tipping length of 2 to 6 metres, the HUBER Tipping Trough KT can be tailored precisely to the specific requirements of your plant.
The diameter of the trough is matched to the upstream machine, for which we recommend the use of a HUBER Wash Press WAP®. The robust construction ensures a long service life, even under demanding operating conditions.
Optimal integration
The HUBER Tipping Trough KT is specially designed for use with HUBER Wash Presses. It receives the cleaned and dewatered screenings from the press and distributes them efficiently into a container. Its easy integration into existing HUBER systems makes it the preferred choice for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants.
