News from the HUBER Rental Equipment division: expansion of the rental fleet, systems and services
In addition to permanently installed systems within buildings, there has been a significant increase in demand for modular, containerized HUBER solutions that are available to hire. These systems are particularly useful for temporary operations, such as bridging construction phases or providing rapid and flexible solutions during capacity bottlenecks in wastewater treatment.
Modular and ready for immediate use
HUBER has recognized this requirement and now offers machines and systems for hire. All units are equipped with control systems and the necessary accessories. They are therefore fully ready for connection and operation, meaning they can be quickly set up and commissioned on site on a temporary basis.
To continue meeting the ever-growing demand, HUBER has expanded its rental fleet and range of services to include additional machines and technologies.
Overview of available systems
The rental fleet now includes systems for chemical-physical wastewater treatment, mechanical pre-treatment, and sludge treatment.
- Micro strainers and screening systems in various sizes for mechanical pre-treatment
- Disc and cloth filter systems for fine screening
- HUBER Dissolved Air Flotation HDF plants up to 80 m³/h throughput, for pre- and secondary treatment of municipal wastewater (reduction of filterable solids, grease and COD)
- HUBER Screw Press Q-PRESS® units with varying throughput capacities, for dewatering industrial and municipal sludge and residues
