HUBER SE welcomes its 1,000th employee to its headquarters in Berching/Erasbach
Germany

On 3 August 2026, HUBER SE welcomed its 1,000th employee to its Berching/Erasbach site. With this new addition to the team, HUBER SE has surpassed the 1,000-employee mark at its headquarters, thereby underlining its continued growth. The HUBER Group employs around 2,000 people worldwide across its 25 subsidiaries.
‘This is a special moment for us. As a family-run business, we have had close ties to this site and the region since 1872. What started as a small coppersmith's workshop with just a few employees has developed over the generations into a group of companies with around 2,000 employees,’ says Georg Huber, CEO and shareholder of HUBER SE. 'Behind these figures are many people who, together, make a difference every day. This development cannot be taken for granted. Above all, it is the result of our employees’ commitment, expertise and passion. On behalf of the entire Executive Board, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for this. We look forward to continuing on this journey together.’
The 1,000th employee, David Böhm, will be joining the Global Service division as a service sales engineer. On his first day at work, he was welcomed by representatives of the Executive Board, the Human Resources department and his colleagues in Global Service.
As one of the largest employers in the region and in the district of Neumarkt i.d.OPf., HUBER is continuously investing in the expansion of its capacity. By reaching the 1,000-employee milestone at its headquarters and with its ongoing global growth, HUBER is sending a clear signal of its competitiveness and strong market position – both nationally and on international markets.
