HUBER SE begins the 2025 training year with 17 trainees and three dual students
At the start of the new training year, HUBER SE welcomes 17 trainees and three dual students. The introductory phase, which lasts several days, gives these young professionals the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the company, the other employees and the Berching location, and to get off to the best possible start in this new phase of their lives.

The new trainees are spread across various disciplines: three are starting their training as precision mechanics, three as metalworkers, two as mechatronics engineers, three as environmental technologists for wastewater management, two as industrial clerks, two as technical product designers and two as plant mechanics at the service location in Berlin/Waßmannsdorf. In addition, two dual students are beginning their studies in bio and environmental process engineering at the East Bavarian Technical University of Amberg-Weiden, and another is starting the industrial engineering programme at the DHBW Mannheim.
CEO Georg Huber: ‘Start of a successful professional future’
‘We are happy to welcome 17 trainees and three dual students to HUBER SE at the start of the 2025 training year,’ says CEO and shareholder Georg Huber. ‘We will provide you all with the practical knowledge and skills that are crucial for a successful professional future. We look forward to integrating you into our teams from day one and working together for sustainable water management. On behalf of the Executive Board and all our employees, I wish you every success and all the best.’
Welcome programme by the Executive Board, HR department and Works Council
On their first day, the new colleagues were warmly welcomed by Josef Stadler (Commercial Director), representatives from the Human Resources department and the Works Council. Following the welcome address, the company presented itself and introduced to occupational health management and safety training. There was also a site rally to give the newcomers their first orientation at the company headquarters in Berching/Erasbach. The first day ended with a get-together after work.
Structured introduction
Over the following days, the new trainees will gain in-depth insights into the training structure at HUBER, along with information about their rights and obligations. There will be further team-building activities to strengthen their sense of community, and they will be provided with clearly structured information material to help them organise their daily training routine right from the start. The programme is complemented by a comprehensive tour of the site.
